Grass Lake Area Centennial Home Fundraiser
Do you have a Grass Lake Area Centennial Home? Then you need our Centennial Home Sign. Each sign is fully customizable. When you order your sign, you will submit a picture of your own house. This will be converted to a drawing of your home and then engraved on polished stainless steel and secured to a nice wood plaque (stained to the color of your choice). Don't have a hundred year old home? Then get a nice sign of your Grass Lake Area home. All signs are done by Iconic Designs LLC, a student owned company, which takes great pride in every sign. Options are available and you will be contacted after your purchase to finalize the details. Any information you want to share about the history of your home will be added to our website under your home number. We look forward to learning about the history of your home and sharing that with our great community.
Our Mission
Collection, preservation, and display of area historical data and artifacts in an 1870's Tuscan Vernacular home.
A New Beginning
We are back and planning new activities that are sure to engage and bring back the imagination of the days of yore. Please check back often to stay informed.
As of September 26, 2020 the partnership of the Coe House Museum and the Michigan Military Heritage Museum under the umbrella of Grass Lake Area Historical Connections has been terminated. Coe House Museum and MMHM will now operate under their own individual efforts.
The Coe House Museum Board of Directors will once again function under the original (1971) name: "Grass Lake Area Historical Society" whose mission will be to serve the Historical needs of the Grass Lake Community and its families. We look forward to 2021 when the Sesquicentennial celebration for both the Village and Coe House will be of primary concern when planning our events.
